Picnics are on the rise in the UK, with more people choosing to spend time away from phones and other devices, to spend quality time with friends or family. It is essential for retailers to offer shoppers inspiration for their Summer ‘al fresco’ eating, (which is often bought last minute) and a picnic wouldn’t be complete without a delicious spread or dip to bring out the flavour of cheeses, meats, pickles and savoury pastries.
